William (Bill) Bishop
It is with much sadness that we have been informed of the passing of William (Bill) Bishop of Basket Range, a former Grower Director of APML.
Bill was a life member of the Farmer’s Federation and served on the development company Melbury Pty Ltd that built the Adelaide Produce Market in 1987. He also worked at APML as the Price reporter for a number of years and retired in 2004 at the age of 70. He was an industry man through and through and will be sadly missed as he was an iconic member of the Horticultural community.
